To all of those who have been wishing for this to come back
(and those of you who couldn't care less as well :)...

The digest(s) are again being uploaded to archive.epas every
night. Fweee.

The Ultrasound Daily Digest goes into the directory
/pub/pc/ultrasound/digest, the GUS Programmer's Digest goes into
/pub/pc/ultrasound/sdk-digest. The 'daily' file will be updated daily
(oddly enough) with the latest digest, and back issues will be stored
in the directory vol-X/Y, where X is the volume number and Y is the
issue number.

Also, for those who keep track of such things, I am going to
change the system so that the volume number increments every month,
instead of every quarter.

Finally, the GUS FAQ is posted to the relevant USENET
newsgroups on the 5th and 20th of every month.

I'll upload the missing digests to archive.epas as soon as I
get a free moment.
