How to Build a Blowgun    December 1994

That's right kiddies, you can make your very own blowgun!!!

Materials:
----------------
Aluminum arrow, must be hollow!
Q-tips
Needles
The ends of shoe strings, ya know, the plastic covered part
Something that you want to kill

Procedure 1: Blowgun assembly
----------------------------------------
1) Take the arrow and saw off the ends to expose the hollow inside.
2) Use a knife to cut off the fins of the arrow.
3) File the ends of the arrow to smooth the holes. That way you don't cut 
your damn mouth when you try to shoot something.

Procedure 2: Dart assembly

If you just want to shoot at your little brother use Q-tips, it won't hurt. 
But if you really want to have a cool gun first cut off the plastic ends of 
a shoe lace bout an 1/2 an inch after the end of the plastic. Fray the extra 
lace. Then stick a needle through it, make sure to glue it in place. You 
could put Poisson on the needle. But a hypodermic needle would work the best. 
If your trying to kill something like a squirrel, the dart needs to weight a 
bit too.

Procedure 3: How to shoot the mother fucker

Stick the dart in one end of the blowgun, put your lips to that end and make 
a big puff to shoot it. To aim the gun focus your eyes just beyond the end 
of the gun so that it looks like there are two guns. Put what ever your 
aiming at right in the middle of the two guns and fire. The blowgun is pretty 
accurate too.
